The Best Friends Again program treats the cloning of your dog as if it were our own family pet. We guarantee the quality of our work in the following ways:

Health and Wellness Guarantee
Our top priority is to provide our clients with healthy cloned puppies. Our cloning team in South Korea closely monitors each puppy from birth through delivery to the client, approximately 10 weeks later. The team performs extensive monitoring and testing to ensure each dog is in perfect health. We guarantee that, for a period of one year from your clone’s birth, your clone will not suffer from any health problems scientifically linked to cloning (defined in the Client Agreement), or we will replace your clone at no extra charge.

Resemblance Guarantee
The Best Friends Again program is confident that any clone(s) presented to you will bear a striking physical resemblance to the “original” dog (the genetic donor). This resemblance will be comparable to that of identical twins. The Best Friends Again project guarantees physical resemblance to the donor. If you are not satisfied with the degree of resemblance between your clone and the donor, then at our option we will either replace the clone or give you a full refund (less the non-refundable auction fees). We cannot guarantee behavioral resemblance – although we strongly suspect you will be satisfied there too!

Ethics Guarantee
The Best Friends Again bioethics code requires the humane treatment of all animals involved in the cloning process. Our staff and sub-contracted scientists and vendors, are contractually bound to adhere to this code of bioethics, which is included in your Client Agreement.

Financial Guarantee
Immediately after the auction ends, we will contact the winning bidders and send to them via express courier the Client Service Agreement and an invoice for their winning bid amount. The winning bidders are bound by the terms and conditions of the auction and will be required to wire the full amount of their winning bid to a dedicated Wells Fargo Client Trust bank account within 3 days of receiving our invoice. The Client Agreement between BioArts and you, the client, bars us from touching the funds in the Client Trust account until a clone of your animal has been delivered to and accepted by you. Should we fail to perform the service of cloning your dog, subject to the Client Service Agreement, we will refund to you the full amount of your payment (less the 10% auction fees) including interest accrued during the time your payment was on deposit. The only exception to this refund policy is if your animal's DNA was marginal upon receipt in our labs, and we negotiated a non-refundable deposit with you before beginning the work. In this case, if the job fails we'll refund you the full fee less both the auction fees and the non-refundable deposit.
